Bella Italia Pizzeria Ristorante

How are you guys? Hope you are enjoying your life, as we always do! Few weeks ago we got an email from Bella Italia Pizzeria Ristorante to visit them and try their food. We have just able to visit them by today, 17 June 2014. Thank you very much for your invitation Ms. Siska, it was a pleasure to got your email!

After we arrived at the restaurant, a waitress came to us and shown us the menu. Because we never come to Bella Italia before, we decided to take her advice about our dinner menu. After some discussion, we agreed to order Gli Spaghetti al Nero di Seppia, Tonno & Cipolla, and one can of Coke.

Our food and drink delivered quite fast, which is very good. Let’s see them one by one!

Gli Spaghetti al Nero di Seppia

No, our camera was not broken, and no, we are not joking. The spaghetti was black, as black as the ace of spades. They used squid ink as the main sauce in this dish. You may unable to see it, but they also put some shrimps, mussels, and half body of crab. We really appreciate the taste, it was quite delicious. We just don’t really understand about the presentation. We both agreed that if the color was softer, the dish will be more appealing. The squid ink, however, makes the spaghetti unique flavor. The seafood was also fresh, we just unable to eat the crab, since it still has its shell. For IDR132,000, it was quite expensive for the dish.

Tonno & Cipolla

As for Italian restaurant, we should never forget to order their pizza! So, as per our waitress recommendation, we ordered this pizza. The pizza was tasty. It consists of tuna, black olives, onion, and mozzarella cheese. The tuna and the black olives was fresh and delicious. The pizza dough was soft and perfectly baked, which made it little more delicious. According to Mr. BD, it was a little bit dry, since he couldn’t find a lot of olive oils in the pizza. Nevertheless, the pizza was perfectly executed.

After finishing our dinner and preparing to pay, our cashier told us that since we got the invitation from Ms. Siska, we got a complimentary Tiramisu from them, which we really appreciated. We sat back to our table and wait for the tiramisu. Just a minute later, it came.

It was extremely delicious. The cake was soft. Mixing a full spoon of  tiramisu with the cocoa powder made it perfect. The presentation was also beautiful. You should try this by yourself.
